High efficiency AC-DC power converterVIPER22ADIP-EIt is a fixed-frequency PWM current-mode controller manufactured in a high-voltage BCD process with up to 800V withstand capability. Designed as an 8-pin DIP package, this chip integrates a dedicated current-mode PWM controller with high-voltage power MOSFETs internally, allowing it to provide a large input voltage range on the VDD pin to accommodate changes in auxiliary supply voltage.
