Power Module Quality Assurance
Component Sourcing: Only From Certified Suppliers
All critical components - Including capacitors, transformers, ICs, and MOSFETs - are sourced from authorized distributors of trusted brands like Murata, TI, Infineon, and ST. Each batch is traceable and RoHS/REACH compliant.
Multi-Stage Quality Inspection
Every power module goes through a four-step inspection process:
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Inspection of PCB, chips, solder paste, etc.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Visual and functional tests during SMT and assembly
- Final Quality Control (FQC): 100% Functional test under load before packing
- OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Random sampling for aging, vibration, and thermal shock tests
Automated Test Systems
We use programmable aging stations, ATE (Automated Test Equipment), and thermal imaging systems to verify electrical performance and thermal stability. Key parameters like output ripple, line/load regulation, and efficiency are logged for each unit.
Certification & Compliance
Our power modules comply with major international standards:
- ISO 9001: Production and management
- CE, UL, FCC: Safety and EMC (if required by destination market)
- RoHS/REACH: Environmental compliance
- Certification documents are available upon request.
Reliability Testing for Harsh Environments
Depending on the application, we conduct additional testing:
- High-temperature operating life (HTOL)
- Thermal cycling from -40°C to +85°C
- Humidity storage test (85% RH @ 60°C)
- These ensure our DC-DC and AC-DC power modules perform stably in industrial, automotive, and communication systems.
Traceable Quality Records
Each module is laser-marked with a batch code. Full production history - including component lot, operator, test results, and inspection records - is stored for at least 24 months. This ensures fast traceability and support.
