After insertion, press the transistor gently to ensure that it is tightly connected to the circuit board.

Soldering is a key step in installing transistors. Use appropriate soldering tools, such as electric soldering irons, to evenly apply solder to the connection between the pins and the circuit board, and then perform the soldering operation. During the soldering process, keep the soldering iron tip in good contact with the soldering part so that the solder is fully melted and forms a uniform and firm solder joint. At the same time, avoid problems such as cold solder joints and short circuits.

After the soldering is completed, the installed transistors should be inspected. Check whether the solder joints are smooth and burr-free, whether the pins are stable, and whether the circuit connections are correct. Through these inspections, problems that may occur during the installation process can be discovered and corrected in time.
